About this role

Summary: Morningstar DBRS is seeking a highly motivated individual, with a background in real estate finance and credit analysis, to join its Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) team. The successful candidate will mainly serve as a team manager and lead analyst for Morningstar DBRS rated transactions or entities. The successful candidate will be expected to have an advanced understanding of the US and Canadian real estate sectors and to acquire a broad understanding of the appropriate Morningstar DBRS rating methodologies and criteria. Primary Responsibilities Manage a team of analysts through the credit rating process on a variety of CMBS transactions, including SASB, Conduit, CRE-CLO, and Agency issuance.…
