The Team: The Enterprise Resilience & Physical Security team is responsible for safeguarding Morningstar’s offices, employees, and assets through the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of physical security programs across global locations. The team works closely with Facilities, IT, People & Culture, and other business functions to ensure a safe, secure, and resilient workplace while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
