About this role

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in our Georgetown, DE office. This position is responsible for hands-on design and support of land development projects. Key Responsibilities Lead site design for commercial and residential projects, focusing on grading, Stormwater Management (SWM),and Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC). Produce comprehensive construction documents and technical reports utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. Coordinate directly with regulatory agencies to navigate and secure necessary project permits. Manage project schedules and deliverables for multiple simultaneous developments.
