ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a technically accomplished Principal ATE Test Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the design, development, and debug of ATE test programs for RF integrated circuits, spanning DC, RF, functional, and DFT testing. You will play a central role in new product introduction, driving test readiness from characterisation through to high-volume production, while working cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.…
