About this role

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for providing front line knowledge to incoming callers and directing them appropriately, while maintaining exceptional customer service. Being in Customer Service, you address general inquiries and otherwise assist anyone contacting the company, including by gathering basic customer information to the extent necessary to answer their questions and connect them with appropriate people at the company, while abiding by all legal requirements and company guidelines, including those that prohibit taking loan applications from or discussing any loan terms with prospective borrowers.
