This is a hands-on role spanning payroll systems, policy enforcement, employee lifecycle management, and benefits coordination, with real input into team structure and evaluation processes. Key Responsibilities Payroll and HR Systems Serve as the in-house expert on Paychex Oasis, managing payroll processing and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
