Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site. Schedule: 7:00 AM start time to align with field operations. Work Arrangement: This position will begin with approximately six months of remote work. Following this initial period, the employee will be assigned to an active project based on business needs.
