Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist Reports to: Human Resources Director Supervisory Responsibilities: None FLSA: Exempt Position Summary: To use HR-related subject matter expertise to effectively support the daily functions of the Human Resources Department. At times providing leadership and guidance where appropriate. Acting as an employee liaison for all employee relations matters, including employee issues, performance management, benefits, training, development, compensation, and enforcing company policies.
