About Air Charter Service is a global provider of bespoke air charter solutions, delivering seamless private, commercial and cargo services. We work with a diverse client base ranging from UHNW individuals to entertainment groups and sports organisations. We're looking for a proactive Senior Events Coordinator to join our busy team at our Surbiton HQ. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. You'll play a key role across the full event lifecycle, supporting event planning and delivery, coordinating exhibition stand logistics, managing suppliers, arranging travel and accommodation, overseeing event inventory and shipments, assisting with on-site delivery, and supporting post-event reporting.…
