About this role

Job Description Able to manage 20-30 members Conduct coaching, performance evaluation, and regular skill enhancement for the team. Lead and manage TikTok Affiliate & live commerce strategies Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators Optimize affiliate campaigns (GMV, conversion rate, ROI) Coordinate with brands, sellers, and internal stakeholders Develop SOP and scale affiliate programs Monitor and evaluate performance via TikTok Shop dashboard Job Requirements Proven experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or Social Commerce Hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns or live selling Strong understanding of conversion funnel (traffic → conversion → revenue) Target-driven with a strong focus on GMV growth Leadership and team management capabilities
