About this role

Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking an ambitious and curious state & local tax manager with particular interest and expertise in advising clients about sales & use tax implications related to their businesses, recognizing and evaluating potential tax risks in mergers & acquisitions, and keeping up with changes in sales & use tax statutes, policies, and regulations. Job duties Serve as a technical tax resource for state and local taxes on M&A transactions, including tax structuring and tax due diligence services.
