About this role

Dinamikus, nagyvállalati IT környezetbe keresünk tapasztalt szakembert major incidensek end-to-end menedzselésére. Olyan kollégát várunk, aki magabiztosan koordinál komplex helyzeteket, gyors döntéseket hoz, és hatékonyan kommunikál technikai és üzleti stakeholderekkel egyaránt. Felelősségi körök: Major incidensek (P1–P6) teljes körű menedzselése – bejelentéstől a lezárásig. War room / wall room szervezése és facilitálása, érintett stakeholderek azonosítása és koordinálása. SWAT csapat és megoldói erőforrások (belső/külső) irányítása, szükséges eszkalációk kezelése. Ügyfél- és belső kommunikáció biztosítása, státusz riportálás a csoportvezető felé. Gyökérok-elemzés (RCA) és javító intézkedések meghatározása, dokumentáció és folyamatfejlesztési javaslatok.…
