About this role

Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Finance Department for billing-related inquiries. • Pull and distribute invoices and account statements as requested. • Respond to client questions related to their invoices and escalate complex issues when needed. • Manage website pop-ups and mass communications for past due accounts. • Perform other duties as assigned, to support other members of the Implementation Team. Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Comfortable working across client-facing and operational/system-based tasks. • Flexible, self-directed worker with the ability to follow processes and escalate appropriately.…
