About this role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you will lead the technical delivery of enterprise software implementations, integrations, workflow automation and AI. You will work closely with customers, Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Product teams, and Consultants to deliver scalable solutions that improve business outcomes, streamline processes, and maximise customer value. Key Responsibilities Technical delivery of customer implementations and transformation projects. Technical leadership and mentorship to MRI resources.
