About this role
The Product Trainer (Application Software) will provide internal support to the training manager and onboarding department. Assist with the onboarding of new clients by preparing and coordinating training agendas and conducting training sessions. Delivering a seamless onboarding training experience for our clients. The role also supports clients by troubleshooting application issues, assisting with CRM workflows, SQL-related queries, and API integrations, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical concerns. This role will ensure that clients are trained smoothly and efficiently, in turn creating advocates of MRI residential products.…
