Associate, SEC Reporting

We’re seeking someone to join our Corporate Financial Reporting team as a SEC Reporting Associate. This role is part of the Corporate Financial Reporting team, whose primary responsibility is the quarterly production, related analyses and filing with the SEC of Morgan Stanley's consolidated financial reports on Forms 10-K and 10-Q (10-K/Q)]. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources.
