Job Description Position Overview The Learning & Development Designer/Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design and development of learning products and solutions within Global Learning & Development’s Regional Capability Center. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, this role combines instructional design and hands-on development responsibilities, enabling flexible, high quality, and efficient learning production at scale.
