Job Description Position Overview Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization is responsible for the design, governance and execution of global processes. Within BPE (Business Process Excellence), there are three primary functions: Order to Cash, Source to Settle, and Card & Meeting Support Services and Expense Management. The Associate Director, Collections, Order to Cash is accountable for ensuring Collections process execution with excellent outcomes using standardized and documented processes that are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
