Payment Specialist (Remote)

Job Description Position Description: Payment Specialist: Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Review all executed contracts and accurately set-up the payees and budget schedule as governed by the signed contract. Initiate site payments according to policies and guidelines. Process site payments related to visits completed, milestones completed and reimbursement for pass through expenses according to Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures and Sarbanes Oxley Act. Route and track payments for approval in a timely manner. Answer queries from internal and external customers regarding payments and budgets. Maintain information in appropriate databases or other tools. Organize, store, archive, and retrieve contracts, payment documentation and other relevant documents.…
