Job Description Möchtest du nicht nur Prozesse begleiten, sondern aktiv gestalten? In dieser unbefristeten Vollzeitrolle übernimmst du die Führung der operativen Produktion für den Bereich Compounding Line 1, 2, 5 an unserem Standort Unterschleissheim. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass dein Bereich die aktuellen EHS-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben bei gleichzeitiger Planerfüllung (on time/in full/high quality) erfüllt. Zudem setzt du die strategischen Vorgaben durch aktives Sponsorship und tägliches vor Ort Führen um und wirkst aktiv bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs mit.
