Job Description The Position We are seeking a highly motivated Social Product Analyst to support Enterprise Social Media capability and related digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Technical Product Manager, this role will be responsible for business analysis, operational support, reporting, testing, documentation, and governance activities across social media platforms and associated business processes. The analyst will partner with IT, Global Corporate Communications, Community Managers, Digital Analysts, Enterprise Digital Governance, Pharmacovigilance, Architecture, Development and Delivery teams, and external vendors to support platform operations, enhancements, compliance processes, and user needs.…
