Job Description Opis stanowiska – Specjalista ds. Jakości Specjalista ds. Jakości wspiera wdrażanie, utrzymanie i ciągłe doskonalenie Systemu Zarządzania Jakością w zakładzie. Stanowisko odpowiada za zapewnienie zgodności z obowiązującymi standardami jakości, procedurami wewnętrznymi, wymaganiami certyfikacji ISO oraz wymaganiami organizacji. Kluczowe obowiązki: Wspieranie opracowywania i wdrażania procesów oraz procedur zapewnienia jakości. Przeprowadzanie kontroli jakości, audytów i ocen w celu identyfikacji możliwości doskonalenia oraz zapewnienia zgodności z ustalonymi standardami. Zarządzanie bazą reklamacji klientów, prowadzenie postępowań wyjaśniających, koordynowanie analiz przyczyn źródłowych oraz wspieranie działań korygujących i zapobiegawczych.…
