Job Description THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Specialist, Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) is a strategic analytics partner supporting commercial, marketing, and omnichannel decision-making across priority therapeutic areas. This role transforms complex internal and external data into clear, actionable insights that shape brand strategy, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance. Acting as a data translator , the Senior Specialist BIA bridges business needs with analytics, data science, market research, and technology teams.
