Job Description 注塑技术主管 职位目标 作为注塑领域技术负责人，负责重大技术问题的分析与解决，统筹注塑工艺、模具及设备相关技术管理工作，推动注塑制造能力提升、质量改善及成本优化，建立和推广最佳实践，保障产品稳定生产和持续改进。 主要职责 模具技术管理 负责新模具开发及量产导入。 负责模具设计评审及技术验收。 主导重大模具问题诊断与改善。 推动模具寿命管理和预防性改善。 2. 重大技术问题解决 主导复杂注塑质量问题分析与改善。 负责重大客户投诉及内部质量问题的技术攻关。 组织开展根因分析并推动纠正和预防措施落地。 作为技术专家支持新产品导入及量产过程中的关键问题解决。 3. 注塑工艺管理 建立和优化注塑工艺标准。 主导工艺参数优化及工艺窗口建立。 提升制程能力（CPK）及产品一致性。 推动工艺标准化及最佳实践复制。 4. 设备技术管理 支持注塑设备重大故障分析与改善。 推动设备能力提升及关键设备技术升级。 建立设备与工艺匹配标准。 协助制定关键设备选型和技术规范。 5.…
