About this role

Job Description In dieser unbefristeten Vollzeitrolle als Teamleiter / Team Lead Pharmaproduktion – Greenfield Projekt (m/w/d) an unserem Produktionsstandort Unterschleissheim gestaltest Du den Aufbau, die Strukturierung und den Ramp-Up einer neuen Pharmabetriebsstätte (Green Field) entscheidend mit. Das Neubauprojekt besteht aus einer zweizügigen Multiprodukt-Formulierung, zwei Abfülllinien (Glas, Plastik) sowie der dazu notwendigen Infrastruktur. Dabei führst Du ein Team bestehend aus Produktionsmitarbeitenden und Techniker:innen, die Du mit rekrutieren wirst. Zudem arbeitest du eng mit einem internationalen und interdisziplinären Team zusammen und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung eines der größten Zukunftsprojekte an unserem Standort.…
