Job Description: Job Description: Sanitation Lead PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Lead works at the direction of Sanitation Manager in support of the execution of the sanitation process. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Coordinates sanitation team in performing all SSOPs on all equipment (i.e., packaging, cartoners, blending). Performs Multi-Variable Platform surface swabbing sampling device. Identifies and reports mechanical issues to Sanitation Manager. Follows, records and updates Master Cleaning Schedule. Ability to complete sanitation schedule in a timely manner. Handles and dispenses chemicals according to procedure. Completes required site-specific training as applicable (i.e., Allergen). Understands the proper utilization of all PPE associated with the sanitization process.…
