Job Description: ROLE PURPOSE / POSITION SUMMARY The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to safely deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements and production objectives. This role provides direct leadership to hourly production team members while driving performance in the areas of safety, food safety, quality, productivity, service, and employee engagement.
