Overview Serves as team leader within assigned Center of Excellence (COE) unit with guidance from manager. Guides workflow, manages exceptions, assists in process improvement and related projects within assigned COE. This role will support Commercial Lending Operations COE, specifically the Post-Closing team. Commercial Lending Operations is part of Banking Services and supports the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial loans across M&T Bank.
