Position Overview The Learning & Development Manager plays a key role in developing the capabilities of Mullins Mechanical's workforce by leading the company's learning and development strategy across field operations, project management, safety, quality, and corporate functions. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a scalable learning ecosystem that supports the development of craft professionals, field leaders, project teams, and future organizational leaders.
