Requirements Funciones Definir y comunicar la visión y estrategia del producto alineada a los objetivos del negocio. Gestionar y priorizar el product backlog en función del valor de negocio, urgencia y esfuerzo. Redactar historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación claros para el equipo de desarrollo. Coordinar con stakeholders (negocio, UX, tecnología) para recoger requerimientos y validar entregables. Participar activamente en las ceremonias ágiles (planning, daily, review, retrospectiva).…
