About this role
We finance real estate projects where traditional banks may be too slow or too rigid. Our financing typically ranges from €250K to €30M, subject to approval. We move fast, assess each opportunity on its merits, and build financing structures around viable projects—not only standard checklists. We are part of Multitude Group (ETR: MULT) and are expanding our wholesale lending business across European markets. We are now looking for a Senior Credit Underwriter to evaluate and structure institutional real estate financing opportunities while ensuring alignment with our credit policies and risk appetite.
