About this role
We are looking for a Business Banking Officer to support the growth and servicing of our business-banking portfolio. In this role, you will assist SME and corporate clients with onboarding, account servicing and payment-related requests while ensuring full compliance with KYC, AML/CFT and internal-risk requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance and other teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and help improve our business-banking processes. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
