Department: Operations/Warehouse Location: Dubai South, UAE Reports To: Last Mile Supervisor (once filled) / Shift Manager - Domestic in the interim Key Responsibilities Hub Operations Own Dubai Hub night operations, mirroring day-shift ownership across aging, dispatch, and floor management. Own forward and reverse aging overnight, ensuring all orders are cleared by the shift-end cutoff. Keep the floor clear and ensure all same-day and PDD orders are dispatched before shift close. Team Management Manage the night debriefer and dispatcher, including staff attendance and shift management. Arrange drivers for overnight dispatch.…
