About this role
Ihre Aufgaben: Als Teil des Teams Protocol im Bereich Bilat/Multilat unterstützen Sie bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der bilateralen bzw. multilateralen Gespräche während der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz 2027. Hierfür kommunizieren Sie direkt mit unseren hochrangigen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern und stehen in engem Austausch mit Botschaften und Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Sie erarbeiten Konzepte und bringen sich unmittelbar in die Planung und Ausführung vertraulicher Gesprächsformate während der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz ein.…
