Compensation Range: $ 24.11 Scope : Working cell leader who, in addition to helping build equipment, is also responsible for assisting supervisor with daily work assignments and directing employees who report to production supervisor in specific work areas (i.e. flow lanes, sub-assembly areas). Additional work area assignments may apply. Assembly Essential Duties : Work from bill of material (BOM), assembly drawings, prints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble sheet metal parts and components using various hand and power tools as needed. Lead morning Tier Meetings with their direct reports in assigned areas of responsibility. Update Production Tier Boards and provide updates to the team members at our daily 9:10 AM Tier Meetings.…
