Final Line / Pack-Out Operator

Main areas of responsibility: Assemble, inspect and complete finished products in line with production schedules, work instructions and quality standards Identify, record and report defects, deviations or quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality team Ensure correct labelling, packaging and documentation of finished goods Clean down units after working on them (using hoovers and cleaning sprays) Using drill and impactor if needed Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with 6S and Health & Safety requirements Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality procedures and safety guidelines at all times Accurately complete production records, check sheets and other required documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities Work collab…
