About this role
Your role at St John of God Bunbury H ospital You will provide a high level of skill and knowledge providing care to some of our most vulnerable, and critically ill patients in a high-pressure environment. You will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring that patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. Your role will also involve educating and supporting patients' families, helping them navigate through difficult decisions and providing them with the necessary resources for coping with their loved one's illness.
