St John of God Ballarat Hospital We are seeking Grade 1 and Grade 2 Social Workers to join our casual pool at St John of God Ballarat Hospital. As a Social Worker, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to patients and their families as part of our multidisciplinary team. You'll undertake psychosocial assessments, deliver appropriate interventions and work closely with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues to support care coordination, discharge planning and access to community services.
