St John of God Horizon House St John of God Horizon House provides safe, stable accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16 to 22 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Western Australia and Victoria. At Horizon House, we provide strengths-based, trauma-informed care that recognises each young person’s unique experiences, abilities and goals. Our role is to support young people to develop the skills, confidence and connections they need to move forward independently.
