About this role

Automotive Digital Sales Training & Certification Manager Murgado Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Digital Sales Training & Certification Manager to develop and lead a standardized digital sales training and certification program across our Florida dealerships. This is not simply a corporate trainer position. We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who can train, coach, evaluate and hold dealership teams accountable to a high standard of digital sales execution. The right candidate will combine automotive retail experience, strong sales and communication skills, CRM expertise, and the ability to earn credibility with salespeople and dealership leadership.
