About this role
Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst eigenständig die Bedarfsanalyse, Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Online- und Präsenztrainings, Workshops sowie Side-by-Side Coachings und On-Job-Trainings in den Themenfeldern Kommunikation, Leadership, Service und Teamentwicklung. Du erstellst unterstützende Visualisierungen wie Charts, Handbücher, Arbeitsmaterialien, Tutorials, Voice Overs oder Quick Guides. Du entwickelst neue, innovative Trainingsinhalte und -ansätze auf der Basis von Kunden- und Marktanalysen sowie aktueller Technologieentwicklungen. Du pflegst und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, erstellst eigenständig Angebote und unterstützt bei vertrieblichen Maßnahmen.…
