About this role

Ihre Mission bei uns Strategische und operative Standortsteuerung: Sie unterstützen die ärztliche Leitung bei der organisatorischen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung des radiologischen Standorts. Dabei behalten Sie die wesentlichen Kennzahlen im Blick, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen aktiv voran. Kaufmännisches Praxismanagement: Sie koordinieren die betriebswirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Abläufe des Standorts und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen medizinischem Betrieb, Verwaltung und Geschäftsführung. Sie begleiten Projekte, unterstützen bei Budget-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanungen und sorgen für eine effiziente Standortorganisation.…
