Du übernimmst eine vielseitige Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum und der Möglichkeit neue Ideen einzubringen: Du managst den gesamten Employee Lifecycle, von Onboarding über Personalentwicklung bis Offboarding und sorgst für eine exzellente Employee Experience. Du verantwortest People-Operations und sorgst dafür, dass unsere People-Prozesse reibungslos, verlässlich und compliant laufen inklusive der Datenpflege in unserem HRIS-Tool Personio.
