Für unser Relution-Team in Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung und Angebotsmanagement – du übernimmst vielseitige Aufgaben rund um Angebote, Aufträge und Rechnungen und bist dabei Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen, Sales und Projektmanagement. Du wickelst Aufträge eigenverantwortlich ab, von der Kundenbestellung bis zum Abschluss Du erstellst Rechnungen und unterstützt die Buchhaltung im Mahnwesen Du erstellst und pflegst Angebote in unserem ERP-System und prüfst eingehende Kundenbestellungen auf Richtigkeit Du bereitest bei Bedarf Leistungsnachweise vor und holst die Freigabe unserer Kund:innen ein Du registrierst und pflegst Lieferantenportale sowie interne CRM-Systeme, z.…
