About this role
The position of project director is a senior managerial position with the purpose to provide superior management of a work division within the company. This individual will coordinate with the business unit leaders and vice president of estimating on preconstruction team assignments, monitor the assignment progress, and ensure tasks are completed within the established timeline. The focus of the position will be to learn and manage the collective effort in client focused service in the areas of preconstruction including constructability, cost modeling, pricing, and value engineering/cost savings to ensure projects are designed in a manner which allows for construction to be completed within the established budget and at the highest level of quality possible.…
