Description The Project Superintendent is responsible for the supervision of subcontract job labor and job activities to assure project schedules are completed on time, and within budget; maintains effective relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and others related to the job; assures safe working conditions; obtains necessary service and facilities for job start-up & demobilization; manages MYCON specific job-related equipment and job bought materials.
