About this role
The Senior Estimator is considered an integral part of the preconstruction process by providing exceptional customer service as well as meeting internal MYCON goals and managing budget risk and profitability. They are responsible for independently producing conceptual budgets, hard bid estimates, and leading the estimators assigned to the preconstruction effort. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Senior Estimator is to independently perform the following: Prepare full estimates and analysis with provided MYCON staffing levels and schedule. Independently coordinates the design team meeting. Manage and coordinate the Go – No Go bid effort and communicate to staff any action items. Conduct strategy meetings and coordinate the RFP effort.
