Our Lead Collection Specialists help drive performance across an assigned district by working directly with customers and supporting branch teams. You’ll use a consultative, solutions-focused approach to help customers resolve past-due accounts through appropriate repayment or settlement options. We’re looking for a results-driven professional who can balance empathy with accountability, negotiate effectively, build strong relationships, and coach others toward success. In the Role Manage a high volume of collection activity across an assigned district, with a focus on achieving delinquency goals.
