JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE : MAIN GATE ACCESS CONTROL SUPERVISOR DEPARTMENT: LOSS PREVENTION REPORTS TO: LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER INTERACTIONS WITH : GUESTS, PROVIDERS, OWNERS, ASSOCIATES AND 3RD PARTY VENDOR EMPLOYEES OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES : Mainly provide a professional and courteous welcome to owners, guests and providers when arriving to the resort. Have a control in place of all individuals entering the resort, following the guidelines given by the company via managers and supervisors. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSABILITIES: Quality of service based on the Marriott Vacation Club International standards.
