PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION Leads and mentors the Preview Coordinators, supports the marketing manager ensuring all policies and procedures are understood and followed by the marketing staff. Ensure production targets are met or exceeded. Ensures the quality of service provided by the Vacation Services Department. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures all location shifts are covered. Monitors locations for stock levels, supplies, and consistency in collateral. Ensures that the marketing representatives are arriving on time and at the location before or at the start time of the respective shifts and working complete shifts.
